Yacht sailing is an incredible experience, enjoyed by many. Sailing throughout the open ocean and being able to experience islands from their coastline, is an amazing ability to have. One of the best places to visit from its coastline is Greece and all the Greek Islands. Whether you are a novice, learning the ropes, or an experienced yacht sailor, looking for some well-deserved relaxation, the Greek islands provide endless opportunities for all.

The Mediterranean Sea is connected to the Atlantic Ocean, which is the second largest ocean on the planet. The Atlantic Ocean takes up approximately 20% of the world’s surface area. Did you know that the world’s global ocean takes up roughly 71% of the planet’s surface and that provides over 96% of the world’s water supply? We have an awful lot to thank the oceans for, from the air we breathe, to the endless sailing opportunities that are provided by the ocean, you learn something new every day, when setting out on a yacht sailing expedition.

Yachting around the Greek Islands also provides never ending beauty as no Greek Island is the same. Some provide rolling hills, filled with olive groves and others provide rocky cliffs and caves. Yacht sailing can be done either with a group of like-minded individuals or it can be done individually, providing the much needed rest and solace that our busy lives cannot provide on a daily basis. There is something for everyone when yacht sailing.
